Must hold (or be able to obtain) minimum Baseline ClearanceLocation:Applicants will preferably perform the role in Canberra.Hybrid working arrangements (i.e., a combination of onsite attendance at an AEC office and remote working) will be considered.Mandatory CriteriaDemonstrated experience managing schedules within large-scale ICT projects or programs, using an Agile methodology.Experience and skilled in using Microsoft Project for scheduling.Experience and skilled in using Microsoft Azure DevOps.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate information to a range of audiences.Strong attention to detail and analysis and investigative skills, and the ability to gather information from a variety of sources, explore new ideas, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and any critical gaps.Experience effectively managing competing priorities, with an ability to remain calm under pressure and respond flexibly to change and uncertainty.Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work with colleagues to achieve outcomes.Proven ability to make sensitive and complex decisions using professional judgement within legislative parameters and delegated authority.Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information and to comply with relevant legislation and frameworks.Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field.
