Program/Project Manager:6 months initial contract with possible extension3 days WFH, 1 day office, 1 day at the siteWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Program/Project Manager to lead a high-profile program focused on the decommissioning of IT and Operational Technology assets. The role combines technical program management with essential business analyst duties, requiring someone with expertise in business change and strong stakeholder engagement skills.Responsibilities:Define project scope and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, performing Business Analyst duties to ensure a clear foundation before driving the program through to delivery.Gather and evaluate business requirements to establish project scopes for decommissioning IT and OT assets.Lead cross-functional initiatives to meet objectives within scope, budget, and timeline, continuously monitoring progress, risks, and issues.Act as the primary point of accountability, facilitating data-driven decisions and ensuring active communication with leadership, business units, and industry partners.Manage change effectively, aligning project outcomes with business goals and stakeholder expectations.Generate data insights, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and maintain accurate documentation to support governance and reporting.Skills and Qualifications:Experience in technical program/project management, particularly in decommissioning within energy, mining, oil & gas, industrial manufacturing, or engineering.Experience working on-site and building strong stakeholder relationships.Ability to analyse complex business requirements and manage evolving program objectives in dynamic environments.Expertise in project management tools and methodologies for structured, timely, and budget-compliant delivery.Skilled at translating technical information into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder engagement.Capable of empowering teams, managing change, and driving continuous improvement.If you are interested and possess the right experience, please apply now via the link below.Contact: Maria Hecto - (08) 9423 1407 - (Job reference: 264356)
