Program/Project Administrator

Main Duties •  Provide timely and accurate administrative support and coordination to installation managers, including managing the project schedule, policy changes, tracking and updating company's projects as required •  Responsible for project administration and daily operations •  Prepare milestone dates, commissioning, and close-out checklists •  Submit timely project updates and reports to senior management •  Review sub-contractors' intellectual and physical works, including review Risk Assessments •  Manage sub-contractor relationship, which includes, but not limited to, initial scope and proposal review, developing final proposal based upon agreed scope of work •  Identify, log and track project risks and issues, resolve issues on the projects  •  Maintain project data in system pertaining to capacity, new opportunities and general project record •  Collect and analyze data from the projects, and summarizing final report upon the project completion  Qualifications & Employment Experience •  AQF Diploma or higher education is required  Relevant Skills •  Leadership skills and experience is preferred •  Teamwork and independence •  Organizational skills and time management •  Communication proficiency Benefits •  In this role you will work 38 hours a week with an annual salary of  $70,000 to $75,000 plus super.  If you can demonstrate your ability to meet the above and would love to work in a fast-growing team environment, then apply now!
