Program Operation Manager

Support defining program objectives and outcomes in alignment with the Land C4 Program priorities.Develop long-term strategies and roadmaps for program execution. The resource will also be required to:Strategic PlanningSupport defining program objectives and outcomes in alignment with the Land C4 Program priorities.Develop long-term strategies and roadmaps for program execution.Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with program goalsCommunication regularly with senior executives and key stakeholders about program status including identifying gaps, risks and issuesBe prepared to provide specialist advice to working groups and LCD Stakeholders.Continuous ImprovementImplement best practices and lessons learned to improve future program outcomesFoster culture of continuous improvement within the CMO.Successfully collaborate with ADF and APS staff and Defence contractors.Skillset and Experience RequirementsProven program and/or project management 5 + years.Strong leaderships, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills: proficiency in MS 365.Desired Skills/AttributesPrevious ADF experience is highly desired.Additional informationCanberra LocationAttractive day rateNV1 Security Clearance Required Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
