About the Role:
Your typical actions over a week/month include the following:
Providing governance direction across ICT Enabled Initiatives.Delivering EPO oversight and administration.Aiding in the evolution of standards, processes, templates, and reference materials.Supporting the team through health checks and performing key milestone reviews.Supporting QGCDG/OAI engagements/document release.Aiding in document collation, GBN creation, questions on notice, etc.In collaboration with the PMO team, assisting with gated assurance reviews.Supporting our customer base through project profiling and kick-offs.Delivering on departmental external reporting commitments.Contributing to concept and investment reviews.Assisting with the development of PM Community of Practice (CoP) information pieces.Maintaining the ICT PMO SharePoint page and delivering frequent updates.Aiding in the collation and delivery of the ICT PMO Monthly Bulletin.Interested?
