Role: Program Manager - Triage
Daily Rate: $900 + Super
Contract Length: 9-month contract (likely extensions)
Location: North Sydney

The Role As Program Manager, you will oversee multiple, complex, and interdependent programs, working closely with Senior Management and key stakeholders to deliver impactful results. This role demands strategic coordination, robust risk management, and excellent stakeholder engagement to ensure that all programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse internal teams and external partners, including government agencies, councils, and industry, to drive positive outcomes and foster innovation.

Key Accountabilities Manage Complex Programs: Lead and independently manage high-priority programs, ensuring delivery to time, cost, quality, and scope requirements. Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases of the program lifecycle-scoping, feasibility studies, funding, planning, scheduling, and coordination through to reporting and evaluation. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, councils, and industry, ensuring clear communication and alignment with program objectives. Program Integration: Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of new and existing programs, driving unified outcomes. Risk Management: Proactively manage financial, operational, reputational, and safety risks, following best practices in risk management strategies. Support and Advisory: Provide guidance to subject matter experts and support divisions to ensure sound program delivery and alignment with strategic goals. About You Program Leadership: You bring extensive experience leading complex, concurrent programs with competing priorities. Stakeholder Collaboration: You are skilled at consulting and working with a variety of stakeholders, including government bodies, councils, and industry partners. Communication & Influence: You have the ability to manage expectations, communicate effectively, and influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
