Why you will love this opportunity as Program Manager at CivicaWe are seeking a seasoned Program Manager (Software Delivery) with a strong background in external customer interactions for our Education sector.
This position requires leading, influencing, and collaborating closely with implementation specialists and project managers to ensure the success of both our customers and our business.
This role requires effective relationship management with internal and external customers, focusing on proactive collaboration and communication.
You will address stakeholder needs to meet organisational goals and oversee potential risks affecting operations and projects.
What you will do to be successful in this roleProven customer facing experience as a Program Manager in software delivery, preferably within the education or government sector.Experience working on software delivery projects.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMP).Demonstrated ability to manage multiple software projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders.Drive a culture of continuous improvement in software delivery practices.Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and project requirements.Why you'll love working with us.We know that when our people are happy, they will work better and have greater work satisfaction.
