Program Manager (Noc)

Title: Program Manager
Location: Sydney (Onsite)
Responsibilities Ownership of SLA/KPIs and provide direction to enhance the performance Handle operations across Onshore and Offshore Ensure ~100% resource availability through continuous recruitment and training Ensure NOC delivers a seamless customer experience Align all functional requirements under NOC to customers' overall business and operational expectations Develop individual functional KPIs that are aligned to overall current and future SOC SLAs Represent NOC in cross-functional meetings and performance improvement plans Act as a single point of contact for all service-related issues and drive internal functions/leadership to resolve those concerns Manage performance of teams and plan for improvements Lead Change Management process Skill Level 12-15 Years of experience in Assurance domain in Telecom space
Ability to own customer interactions and identify resources, investments, and controls for successful NOC operation Excellent people and program management skills Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Customer-focused with negotiation skills Ability to effectively interact with business and customers at all levels #J-18808-Ljbffr
