In this role, you'll: Manage the development and implementation of programs of work while refining a strategic roadmap to continuously enhance the toll motorist experience across NSW.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure all insights are effectively translated into actionable improvements and that potential risks are identified and mitigated.This is a temporary position with a current end date of 20th June 2025. Your team is based out of 231 Elizabeth St, Sydney and collaborates from the office 2-3 times a week. You must be available to work from the office every Wednesday and Thursday at a minimum.
Qualifications: You must have experience working in a similar role as a Program Manager with knowledge of tolling operations and customer service standards, including familiarity with industry regulations, data privacy requirements, and customer best practices. You can manage various programs of work and have successfully led a project team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging innovation and proactive problem-solving.
