Amazon is looking for a passionate and customer-obsessed Program Management Intern to be based in Singapore to work on maximizing customer trust that the products they buy are safe and authentic when shopping in our stores. The PM will dive deeper into data and drive initiatives across multiple domains to identify opportunities and drive solutions to mitigate product quality risks.

The ideal self-driven candidate possesses excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and has a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership. He/she is self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, comfortable juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and has strong writing skills with the ability to handle ambiguity.

Background on Amazon Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) Team: Our vision is to be the #1 trusted choice for Buyers, Brands, and Selling Partners in each international store by ensuring all listings, products, and orders are trustworthy from Day 1 of launch. We design and implement policies, tools, and technology innovations to protect the buying experience on Amazon while minimizing friction for sellers. Candidates will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to the investigation and elimination of online shopping risk.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Penultimate year Bachelor's student
- Able to commit to a full-time internship from January to June 2025
- Expected graduation from July 2025 onwards
- Candidates must be able to legally work in Singapore

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Self-motivated to move quickly and decisively on tasks
- Strong critical thinker with the vision to work both tactically and strategically
- Basic knowledge of using SQL
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and analytical platforms
- Proven analytical thinking with a natural tendency to use data in decision-making and prioritization
- Data driven and comfortable working on data analyst tasks
- Ability to perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights, propose and drive solutions
