As a Program Manager, you will lead and manage multiple projects within a portfolio, ensuring they align with the organisation's strategic objectives. You will be accountable for the program's overall success, including planning, governance, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure the program is delivered via the Project Management Framework, ensuring strong governance and the highest quality.

Gippsland Health Alliance (GHA) provides shared services and ICT-enabled project delivery to eleven Health Services across Gippsland.
The Program Manager—GHA will manage, oversee, and report on the strategic and tactical outcomes of healthcare technology and infrastructure projects set by GHA and its member agencies. The Program Manager will also ensure effective governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and project benefit realisation.
About you: Proven experience as an IT PMO Manager. A strong background in project management, with hands-on experience and willingness to manage enterprise-level IT projects. Great attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships and influencing stakeholders. A natural ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification is strongly desired. A preference for industry expertise within Health.
