Join Australia's Largest Superannuation Fund as a Program Manager Join Australia's largest and most influential superannuation fund leading cutting-edge programs that shape the future of financial services.The Program Manager is a key position within the Investments portfolio's delivery team, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery (implementation) of end-end solutions to a broadrange of internal stakeholders. As a Program Manager, you will: Lead high-impact, complex programs that drive organizational change and innovation within the superannuation sector.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define program vision, goals, and deliverables aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Manage diverse, cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution and coordination across multiple workstreams.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of programs—from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results.
You will ideally have: Clear Track record of delivering large/complex/strategic projects/programs of work at Program Manager level Strong functional Liquidity and Treasury Management knowledge – Front Office and Back Office Very strong business planning & delivery/execution experience.
Strong cross-functional / end-end (across multiple functions) delivery experience Demonstrated ability to lead project streams/teams to setup and install/embed new capabilities (not just technology) and solutions that will achieve needed objectives.
