Program ManagerJoin an innovative and dynamic team with an inclusive cultureShape the future of critical business functionsStrong opportunities for growth and career development in roleWhat You'll DoAs a Program Manager in W-Digital, you will be responsible for mobilising, driving and delivering large-scale digital programs of work that span multiple teams across the Woolworths Group.
The work will involve partnering with Business, Product and Engineering digital leadership, coordinating work between multiple squads and stakeholders, and managing complex interdependencies.
Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the project team, guiding and supporting them throughout the program/project.Planning and execution: Develop and execute comprehensive program/project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within budget.Stakeholder engagement: Engage stakeholders, maintain effective communication, and build strong relationships.Risk management: Identify and manage program/project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing contingency plans as needed.Governance: Establish and uphold robust governance frameworks across multiple delivery disciplines to ensure program/project deliverables consistently meet or exceed required standards.What You'll BringPlanning and organisation: Create detailed project plans and manage resources efficientlyProblem-solving: Identify and mitigate risks, finding creative solutions to challenges.Inspiring leader: Motivate and guide teams with clear direction.Strategic thinker: Link narratives and decisions to strategy and objectivesStorytelling skills: Effectively communicate ideas and align programs with business goals.What You'll ExperienceTeam Discounts - Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work.Parental Leave - 12 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers.
Woolworths Group will also continue to pay superannuation for up to 12 months (subject to relevant caps) while the Team Member is on parental leave (paid or unpaid).
