About HSS As the Western Australian Government agency providing shared services to the state's public health system, we provide a suite of financial, ICT, procurement and supply, and workforce services to more than 60,000 employees across WA's public health services and hospitals.
The HRMIS Program will replace WA Health's existing HR, payroll and rostering systems with a contemporary integrated solution. The new HR, payroll, and rostering solution, called HRplus, will transform the way pay, rosters and leave entitlements are processed for nearly 60,000 WA Health employees.
Your new role As part of the Health Support Services (HSS) Program Delivery Business Unit, the Program Manager is responsible for:
Developing and maintaining an effective project and program management function for HSS including a coordinated framework that provides oversight and executive visibility of major projects across all business units.Delivering agreed business transformation work streams, programs and projects that align with the organisation's strategic objectives.Ensuring each work stream, program and project are delivered per defined scope, cost and schedule, to achieve targeted business and customer outcomes.Monitoring program progress to identify success and areas for improvement for further capability for delivery.Managing project management resources to deliver agreed work streams, programs, projects and/or initiatives.If you thrive in a fast paced, multifaceted working environment, and are eager to contribute to our purpose of supporting our customers to provide excellent health care, we would love to hear from you.
