Our client is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with a strong background in Salesforce and Higher Education Student lifecycle systems, to drive a large and complex program of work that will require extensive stakeholder management throughout all levels of this organization.
Known for their prestigious brand, this role is essential in shaping and implementing a roadmap for the wider business.
You will play an important role in working with and across technology teams and executive level stakeholders, with a focus on the delivery of significant initiatives and improvements.
This will be a fixed-term contract of 2 years, based in inner Melbourne, where you will be required to work on a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities:Effectively influence stakeholders at all levels, both upwards and downwards.Work closely and guide a team of project managers, each owning different domains and tech streams, while working within a matrix structure.Collaborate closely with key executives to understand and align with the university's business needs.Coordinate with various project managers handling internal systems to ensure seamless integration.Engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, fostering strong communication and collaboration.Oversee technical roadmap development and maintain and communicate a clear timeline of roadmap activities, their dependencies, and resourcing requirements.About You:Extensive experience with Salesforce, particularly within an educational context, is essential.Proven experience as a Program Manager in large and/or complex organisations or settings.Experience in managing a complex transformation and both business and technology driven program of work.Strong program management skills with a proven track record of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with the most senior stakeholders, and demonstrable influencing skills.In-depth understanding of the student journey lifecycles would be highly desired.This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Program Manager to make a significant impact within a prestigious, forward-thinking organization.
