You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional business outcomes through technology-delivered change, with a responsibility for uplifting the agile delivery capability team and platform management of strategic inherited systems.Some of the key responsibilities of this role will be:Work and lead a dynamic DevOps team on IAG's Guidewire Claims platform.Manage customer and stakeholder communication on platform incidents.Coordinate the resolution of high-impacting platform incidents by partnering with multiple technology teams and prevent future problems.Manage Service Management activities for a Tier 1 Platform.Bring thought leadership in your field of expertise to support the planning and execution of Tier 1 IT platform strategic priorities, contemporary operating model and business plan.Responsible for end-to-end service, ensuring support teams maintain application service levels and manage stakeholder relationships.ABOUT YOUWe are looking for the right person, with a good attitude who will be a solid team fit with the following skills and experiences:Capability to create solutions within a team environment.Good proficiency with verbal, written presentation, facilitation, and communication skills in English.Results-oriented and committed to achieving challenging objectives and delivering excellence.A desire to maintain their technical skills and a commitment to ongoing personal development.Has a Can Do attitude, friendly, courteous manner.Has a systematic, disciplined & analytical approach to problem solving.Ability to identify sensible, effective, straightforward solutions.
