Program Manager - Human Development and Community WellbeingAs the Program Manager, you will provide managerial oversight and coordinationof a large and growing portfolio of research projects in the field of HumanDevelopment and Community Wellbeing. This will include working closely with theProgram Head, our Program Coordinators and all other staff within the HumanDevelopment and Community Wellbeing (HDCW) Team to deliver high qualityresearch will have opportunities to work across all areas of theresearch program, supporting the Program Head with the strategic direction ofthe program by providing leadership and support, overseeing all aspects of projectmanagement including financial and grant management, supporting communityengagement activities and contributing to the team's strategic resourceplanning including staffing and identifying new funding opportunities to securefinancial sustainability.This position has the potential to be shaped into your ownas we will look to you to develop and establish new processes and initiativesto ensure the efficient delivery of our program of work.Based in our officein Nedlands, this full-time opportunity will be offered for 2 years in thefirst instance.About YouThis position wouldsuit someone with project management and finance experience and a passion tocollaborate with and lead others.
