Program Manager - CPS 230You will be working for one of the most competitive superannuation companies in Australia.ResponsibilitiesThe CPS 230 Program Manager (PM) role is based within the Risk team, of the Risk and Compliance Division, which is led by the Chief Risk Officer (CRO). The CPS 230 PM will report to the Head of Risk (HoR); but will engage regularly with the CRO regarding delivery of the CPS 230 Program, and will have support from the HoR, other members of the Risk team, and a Consultant, throughout the duration of the Program (which is expected to close on or around 31 August 2025).Year 2 of the Program (FY25) focuses on key activities such as:Testing the BCP critical operations tolerances;Material service providers;Operational risk management uplifts;Risk Management Framework (RMF) uplifts.To deliver articulated outcomes in these key obligation areas, the key responsibilities of the role are:Establishing the CPS 230 Program within the companies Project Management Office (PMO) governance framework.Driving implementation of the CPS 230 Program and reporting on progress to the Executive Project Governance Committee, and as required - the Executive Risk Management Committee, Board Risk and Compliance Committee, and Board.Project managing the CPS 230 Program, including establishing project work streams, governance, monitoring and reporting processes, arranging regular work stream meetings (with the support of the PMO team).Providing advice and guidance to the work streams, e.g., interpreting CPS 230 requirements, and reviewing the adequacy and effectiveness of proposed work plans and actions prior to, during implementation, and upon completion.In addition to project managing the other work streams, the CPS 230 PM will also deliver work required under the Risk team work stream, which will include review and uplifts of the RMF, e.g., key frameworks, policies, implementation of 'CPS 230 module' in the existing GRC system (Protecht).You will have:Be able to engage with all levels of the business, from the CEO and executives to team members, so stakeholder management and communication and reporting skills and experience are beneficial, as is technical knowledge and experience in delivering this type of prudential regulatory project.Hands on CPS 230 implementation experience, either in CPS 230 or Business Continuity Management more generally under CPS 232.For more information on this role or to express your interest, please contact ******.
