This role manages a high-impact initiative, focusing on enhancing performance and development frameworks across an Education setting. Reporting to the Program Director, the Senior Program Manager will help drive the enhancement and transformation strategy as part of a multi-year overhaul.Key responsibilities include:Leading several workstreams to implement foundational changes.Overseeing readiness activities, impact assessments, capability uplift, and ensuring team preparedness.Collaborating with consultants on change implementation, focusing on people readiness from a people and culture perspective.Monitoring progress toward program goals, tracking KPIs, and providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.Ideal Candidate Profile:Strong HR and change management experience, ideally within educational or public sector settings.Proven background in leading end-to-end transformations, with a focus on people and culture.Knowledge of HR systems and a future-oriented approach to organisational culture.Skilled in MS Project, with excellent planning and execution capabilities.Experience in a fast-paced environment; this role will have direct reports, including BAs and PMs, with potential to add change analysts.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
