Location: The Program Manager will provide specialist input, strategic direction, and leadership to develop service systems and reporting and integrate multiple projects undertaken by the Aged Care Reform Unit (ACRU).
The Role: Provide specialist input, strategic direction, and leadership to projects undertaken by the Aged Care Reform Unit.Provide high-level project management and support, guidance, and advice to the Aged Care Reform Unit.Prepare a range of high-level written material, including high-level reports, submissions, briefings and ministerial correspondence, project plans, policy and procedures.Demonstrate a high level of initiative in identifying issues and initiating appropriate action.The Team: In January 2023, the Aged Care Reform Unit (ACRU) was launched to develop and implement a statewide framework for integrating, delivering, and monitoring programs of work aimed at improving access and flow for older patients/residents between hospitals and Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACF) to support better patient outcomes and health system benefits.
Details of appointment: Fixed term, full-time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for a period of approximately fifteen (15) months. Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $135,408 to $144,527 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.You'll have access to salary package benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
