About the Role:
The Program Leader will provide leadership and drive the development, coordination and implementation of the Healthy Coorong, Healthy Basin initiative to help restore the ecological character of the Coorong South Lagoon and improve management outcomes. The Program Leader works closely across various DEW Branches and with a range of stakeholders to facilitate the successful implementation and achievement of outcomes in line with funding agreements between the Commonwealth and State Government. The role is responsible for managing key stakeholder relations and providing leadership to project staff and support staff involved in the delivery of the project, both within and external to the department.

Contract for up to 2 Years initially.
Special Conditions: May be required to participate in fire management and associated duties. Current class "C" driver's licence is essential. Inter and intrastate and remote area travel may be required, including travel in light aircraft. Demonstrates ability to work alone and be self-reliant. Remuneration:
ASO8 $121,107 min - $125,679 max p.a.
