If you want to achieve your potential, collaborate with bright minds and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.This two-year contract role will help the Sector Development team effectively deliver programs that build the local government sectors capability, drive strategic projects, manage partnerships and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.Role opportunityIn this exciting opportunity, you'll be responsible for effective day-to-day operations and contributing to strategic improvements.You will:Contribute to workforce initiatives that help to bridge skills gaps.Provide advice and support in the design and development of learning content.Help manage the annual program of LGA Training and Events and improve performance.Assist with coordinating consultation processes and facilitate engagement with member councils and subject matter experts on lifting leadership capabilities.Conduct research and data analysis to inform strategic directions towards building sector capability.About youYou'll bring effective communication and relational skills, the ability to work autonomously and prioritise work.
