Through our funding and cultural infrastructure programs, we work to embed arts in the everyday and deliver new, innovative and exciting arts and cultural services and experiences for the people of NSW.The Program Lead, Creative Economy coordinates and undertakes activities to support and enable the vibrancy and viability of the creative economy in NSW.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and delivering projects that align with Government and Create NSW objectives for the creative industries.Monitor and evaluate project delivery, focusing on risk management and quality measures to optimise outcomes.Provide strategic advice to influence the development of Create NSW and Government programs.Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance project outcomes and inform future initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with creative industry organisations and key stakeholders.Contribute to the development and review of policies to maximise program effectiveness.Coordinate project teams, budgets, and resources to ensure compliance with governance and quality standards.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience coordinating and undertaking activities associated with the planning and delivery of projects and programs.Knowledge of the arts, culture and creative industries sectors.Applicants from First Nations and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD) backgrounds are encouraged.Your application must include a cover letter and an up-to-date resume that details your capabilities and experience in relation to the above role.
