We're mostly interested in your fit for our community than your training/teaching qualification.Bonus points if you have/had a side-hustle or a juicy career story.Your RoleIDEA's facilitators are the ultimate guardians of our culture and play a pivotal role in the education and pastoral care of our students.You will lead experience design and delivery of our vocationally based education program to a cohort of 15-18 year old young people at our CBD campus ensuring IDEA delivers an authentic, high-quality student experience and a contemporary and engaging program that supports successful achievement of our Vision, Mission, and strategic objectives.You will report directly to IDEA's executive and management team and provide your expertise, talents, specialized knowledge, and advice whilst positively contributing to the IDEA culture.You are responsible for each student's experience, the facilitation of the IDEA program, delivery and assessment of nationally recognized training, and maintaining your industry and vocational currency.You may also be required to facilitate appropriate work placements and/or real-world learning opportunities for students.Position commences January 2025.Why us?IDEA is a fun, engaging, and highly collaborative work environment that requires you to be flexible, adaptable, and deeply passionate about changing the world one learning experience at a time.Here is what it is like to work with us:Bring your authentic self to work: Our best work happens when we feel safe, valued, and free to be the truest version of ourselves with a commitment to self-development.No outdated dress codes or constraints to being yourself at IDEA!Work/Life Integration: We all have things outside of work that contribute to who we are;
