About the Role
As a Program Director with our partner, you'll be at the forefront of business transformation, guiding organizations through complex changes and delivering innovative solutions. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of how businesses operate and succeed in an ever-evolving landscape.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Lead large-scale, complex transformation programs for our partner's clients
Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in program delivery methodologies
Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program outcomes
Supporting change management and leadership engagement
Acting as a key point of contact for the client Executive Leadership Team
Cultivate a culture of excellence and collaboration within teams

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
A passion for mid-market clients and experience across various industries
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Strategic thinking and problem-solving prowess
Deep understanding of business processes and technology landscapes
