Program Director - Healthcare It

About the RoleRandstad Digital is seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead the Patient Administration System (PAS) Readiness Project.
This is a unique opportunity to modernize a large-scale, complex Information Management (IM) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) capability.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the successful delivery of a significant program comprising multiple large-scale, complex, and high-risk projects, often involving information management (IM) and/or information and communication technology (ICT) components.Ensure that program outcomes are achieved and that solutions are responsive to customer needs and sustainable in an enterprise environment.Lead, manage, or direct an expert team of multi-disciplinary project directors, project managers, and other project staff.Focus on managing staff performance, coaching project professionals, and fostering a culture that promotes sound IM/ICT management practices while maintaining a strong project management capability.Ensure that Project Directors, Principal Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers undertake appropriate planning, budgeting, project management, reporting, consultation, and risk management.RequirementsDemonstrated high-level leadership, conceptualization, and design of programs comprising multiple large-scale, complex, and high-risk projects.Proven experience within complex programs such as Patient Administration Solutions (PAS) or electronic Medical Records (eMR) within a large, complex, and distributed healthcare environment.Demonstrated program management skills and experience through all phases of the life cycle, with a proven record of achieving successful and effective program outcomes.Proven ability to lead, manage, and nurture multiple multi-disciplinary project teams, and demonstrated experience in managing a major program budget in the development of successful enterprise solutions.About Randstad DigitalWe are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
