Job DescriptionReporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Program Director Governance, Gaming System Replacement is responsible for delivering multiple, concurrent and complex business projects and associated major change activities which constitute the Gaming System Replacement program. The role implements procedures and governance in relation to procurement, management of resources and associated processes. The role also integrates the delivery of projects into a broad program of work and manages the interdependencies associated with a complex, multi-dimensional change program.

Selection Criteria

Specialised management experience in planning, developing and implementing cultural, business and technical change within medium-scale commercial organisations.

Significant hands-on experience in translating strategic direction into operational and delivery plans, including the prioritisation of investment to maximise business outcomes from finite resources.

Significant hands-on experience in the sponsoring and/or directing of programs, complex initiatives, business improvements and commercial opportunities to maximise business outcomes.

Demonstrated high-level experience leading and managing teams with a diverse range of responsibilities and proven record of fostering a culture of high performance.

Demonstrated high-level experience developing and managing relationships with internal and external customers, business partners, vendors and key stakeholders.

Demonstrated high-level communication skills including the ability to build trust and influence organisational leaders.

Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification and/or a minimum of 10 years' senior level experience within a program development, governance, and system related context.
