Take this newly created Program Coordinator role and run with it! Working in UGL's Utilities Operations and Maintenance business, you'll play a key role in coordinating the Power Project within the Victorian Electricity Supply Industry (VESI).
The Role Coordinating procurement of services and goods Claim/Invoicing Support Facilitating weekly Timesheet processes Administrative Support and Office Operations Assisting with generating monthly reporting Sourcing support through Supply chain About You You are skilled at being the glue between our Managers, Supervisors, Lineworkers & Client, remaining actively involved in day-to-day tasks and long-term goals You are a self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment You are an advanced critical thinker & a problem solver with a positive can-do attitude You proactively seek to continuously improve deliverables and work efficiencies You have prior experience in a Program Coordinator or related role within Electrical Supply Industry or an engineering or construction management environment You are a pro with the MS Office suite of apps and have used SAP You're a team player who likes to have a laugh!
