All staff are required to participate in ongoing cultural safety training.About the positionWe have an exciting opportunity available for a Program Coordinator, Specialist Education Accreditation to join our Accreditation team. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Managing logistic arrangements with various education providers and expert assessment teams.Preparing various letters, email correspondence, agendas or items for committees, teams, or providers.Preparing draft visit budgets and manage invoicing processes.Supporting AMC meetings and site visits, including face-to-face/virtual arrangements and note taking.Preparing, proofreading and formatting accreditation and monitoring reports and templates.Coordinating stakeholder consultation processes for assessment and monitoring (preparing stakeholder lists, drafting standard communication documents, organising documents for consultation, collating responses/developing reports).Regularly reviewing and updating information and records (stakeholder lists, surveys, templates, inbox management).Supporting complaints received about specialist medical accredited providers and programs (coverage for complaints triage and escalating to relevant officer according to agreed process, drafting standard response letters and/or emails and contributing to complex case briefs).About youYou demonstrate alignment to the AMC's values, are committed to maintaining a degree of professionalism and communication.
