As Program Coordinator, you will be a key member of a dedicated team established to deliver the solution and associated management capability for other Strategic HR related projects.

Key responsibilities include: Diary and travel managementBudget monitoring and tracking expenditures/transactionsTaking meeting minutes, following up actions, and providing status updates across the projectsPlanning and coordination of a program and activities relating to Workforce ManagementPerforming quality control audits to ensure accuracy of data across systems and processesAd hoc assignments to assist with delivery of programs of workTo ensure your success you will possess: Proven experience as a program coordinator or relevant EA/senior administration positionSound knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping, and reportingTech savvy, proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint presentations and ExcelExcellent planning, time-management, and organisational skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and efficientAble to demonstrate the highest level of confidentiality at all times due to access to highly sensitive personnel and business data/informationAbility to problem solve and think outside the box – creative thinking towards resolutionBackground in employee relations or human resource management or payroll highly desirableBSc/BA in business administration or relevant qualifications or industry experienceWhat moves you?
