We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com Location: Sydney Olympic Park, HomebushHybrid Role: 3 days in office/2 days from homeWe have a new opportunity for a proactive and engaging Program Coordinator to join our workforce management team, where you will support the Group General Manager and team with various administrative and program management tasks.
As Program Coordinator you will be a key member of a dedicated team, established to deliver the solution and associated management capability for other Strategic HR related projects.

Key responsibilities include: Diary and travel managementBudget monitoring and tracking expenditures/transactionsTake meeting minutes, follow up actions and provide status updates across the projectsPlanning and coordination of a program and activities relating to Workforce ManagementPerform quality control audits to ensure accuracy of data across systems and processesAd hoc assignments to assist with delivery of programs of workTo ensure your success you will possess: Proven experience as program coordinator or relevant EA/senior administration positionSound knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reportingTech savvy, proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint presentations and ExcelExcellent planning, time-management and organisational skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and efficientAble to demonstrate the highest level of confidentiality, at all times, due to access to highly sensitive personnel and business data/information.Ability to problem solve and think outside the box – creative thinking towards resolutionBackground in employee relations or human resource management or payroll highly desirableBSc/BA in business administration or relevant qualifications or industry experience.What moves you?
