About the roleReporting to the head of Delivery, the Program Controls Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring Enerven's project portfolio is effectively managed, with robust cost, schedule, quality, and risk controls in place to support successful delivery. You will collaborate with the CEO, executives, and key departments to drive business outcomes and ensure the alignment of project controls with the organisation's long-term goals.
By establishing scalable systems and driving strategic direction, you will directly contribute to the company's ability to manage more complex projects, improve efficiencies in delivery, and achieve sustained growth. You will position the business for the next wave of projects, ensuring the team is prepared to meet growing demands and more complex challenges.
About youYou have a solid background in project controls within the infrastructure sector, particularly in cost control, planning, and risk management. You are skilled in driving innovation and adopting best practices to anticipate future needs and position the business for sustained success.
You have proven yourself to be a visionary leader through your success in building, mentoring, and developing high-performing and diverse teams.
Proven experience in establishing and implementing robust project control systems, processes, and tools across planning, cost budgeting, and forecasting.Expertise in managing cost, schedule, quality, and risk frameworks, and ensuring they are scalable to support organizational growth.Experience developing and executing long-term strategies for project controls, aligning with the organization's expanding project pipeline.Proven skill in stakeholder engagement and influencing across departments to drive seamless project delivery and contribute to strategic business outcomes.Expertise in implementing and maintaining performance tracking and reporting mechanisms, providing real-time insights to support decision making.A data-driven mindset and proficiency in earned value management and financial analysis.Formal qualifications in Engineering, Construction, Commerce, or a related field will be highly regarded.About usAt Enerven, we want our work to make a difference.
