Program Assurance and Capability AnalystWhizdom are currently looking for highly experienced NV2 cleared candidates with experience in Project Assurance and Capability Analysis in Canberra, ACT. This role will provide Program capability uplift and decision support to the Senior Benefit Owner.

Major Responsibilities Provide assurance and strategic oversight of program activities.Regularly assess and refine assurance processes for continuous improvement.Analyse program risks and provide insights for strategic decision-making.Manage Program Annual and MYBR processes.Engage with mission and delivery teams for prioritisation analysis.Apply prioritisation decisions into budget, planning and delivery processes.Work with mission areas to identify capability gaps.Ensure alignment of decisions with overall organisational strategy. Technical Skills Experience in complex program management and assurance.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong leadership and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.Expertise in capability development and experience in capability life-cycle planning and management.Ability to align decisions with organisational goals and contribute to future focussed planning.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Location: This role is a Canberra, ACT
Contract terms: 12 month contract. 1x 12 month extension available subject to department budget and availability.
Security Requirements: Candidates must be an Australian Citizens with a Negative Vetting 2 clearance. ASD will not sponsor candidates to upgrade their clearance. Candidates will need to be willing to undergo pre-employment checks which may include, ID and work rights, security clearance verification, and any other client requested checks.
SFIA level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes at a SFIA Level of Responsibility 5 or 6. The selection criteria will specify what SFIA areas are required to succeed.
