Due to continuous growth, we seek a Senior Client Manager with 5-7 years experience working in an Australian Accounting firm.
Negotiable salary starting from $110k + Super. A real work/life balance with a 37.5 hr working week Monday to Friday. Hybrid Role - Office (free parking) with some WFH options available. As the Senior Client Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing client accounts, providing strategic financial advice, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, fostering strong client relationships, and managing junior staff. Ideally you will have the ability to identify & develop new business.
Provide strategic financial advice to clients, striving to help them achieve their ambitions. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Support senior management with financial analysis and reporting. Mentor and guide junior accountants. Assist clients with business planning and growth strategies. 5-7 years accounting experience in a professional firm managing a client portfolio and managing a team. Proficiency in Xero. Exceptional analytical & communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and accuracy. A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service. Curious by nature, you have the desire to invest in your clients and make it personal.
