About the Role: As the first point of contact for both clients and home support workers (HSWs), you'll be the hero of the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
You'll wear many hats, including: Client and HSW Support: You'll be the friendly voice answering calls, resolving issues, and directing enquiries.
Your excellent customer service skills will ensure everyone feels valued.
Scheduling Mastermind: You'll excel at creating and managing HSW schedules.
Your organisational talents will shine as you expertly balance staff and client availability.
Keeping everyone informed is crucial, so clear communication is a must.
Occasional On-Call: There may be occasional after-hours or weekend on-call responsibilities, but this won't be a regular occurrence.
We're Looking For: A Communication Champion: You have a knack for clear and concise communication, both verbally and in writing.
You can confidently answer questions, troubleshoot challenges.
An Organisational Whiz: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a talent for juggling multiple priorities.
Your organisational skills will be key to creating efficient and workable HSW schedules.
A Customer Service Superstar: You take pride in delivering exceptional service, ensuring both clients and HSWs feel valued and supported.
Additional Requirements: Relevant qualification or extensive experience in either community aged care, scheduling staff or administration.
