Due to a recent business acquisition, Infocus is expanding and we are seeking a permanent full-time experienced professional to join our dynamic Professional Standards team.
We work together with advisers to help them develop and deliver advice which adheres to our legislative duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collating and responding to compliance queries from our adviser networkMaintaining accurate and up to date information in registers, online portals, legal documentation and filing systemsAssist in the administration and booking of financial planner audits with the auditor teamAssist in generation and collection of data for reporting purposesDelivering an outstanding customer experience to build advocacy and trustContributing to continuous improvement ideas to refine processesWork with the team to provide required support in all aspects to projects, initiatives and changes within the business.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A minimum of 2 years' experience in the provision of administration supportA reasonable level of experience with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite of productsOrganisational, time management and prioritisation skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence compliant and customer focused outcomesExceptional attention to detailExperience working individually, within a team and with other business stakeholdersPersonal interest in finance, economics or legal requirements desirableWORKING AT INFOCUS At Infocus we are passionate about providing a workplace that empowers and strengthens our staff.
