About the Role: We are looking for a Professional Services Coordinator to work collaboratively with Key Account Managers and Territory Managers in the delivery of Wellness clinics across the country. This role will assist in the management of end-to-end clinic requests including sourcing suitably qualified nurses, ordering equipment and closing clinics out. This role will be well suited to an admin pro with an eye for detail, exceptional time management skills and the genuine desire to make a difference in the healthcare community.
Role & Responsibilities: Provide administrative support in the delivery of attendance reports, campaign schedules and clinic forecasts Manage equipment orders, including postage to pharmacies and nurses Ensure customer and patient data integrity and security Support the development, testing, deployment and training for any new systems introduced to the business and/or clients Skills and Experience: Project Management experience in community and/or primary health desirable, though not critical Healthcare professional and/or patient education experience desirable, though not critical Exceptional communication skillset Ability to manage multiple priorities; time management and problem-solving skills Benefits and Perks: At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
