Can you communicate valuable insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis to support decision-making?What is the role?A Finance Business Partner collaborating with our Technology department to become a proactive, strategic partner, providing insights that guide decision-making, and fostering cross-functional collaboration as well as analysing company staff costs.What will you be doing?We are looking for a Finance Business Partner who will be joining a cross functional finance team that can work with key stakeholders within the business (mainly our Technology team):Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders in Australia, New Zealand and the US to provide strategic financial insights and support business decisions for our Technology department.Provide monthly reporting to our Technology department.Provide budgeting & forecasting support for technology to drive financial performance.Provide key metrics insights, scenario modelling and support.Ownership of staff costs across the business with month end tasks, monthly reporting and budgeting and forecasting.Proactively work with the business to bring insights, commercial acumen, improve reporting, drive efficiency and educate / empower where necessary.Identify and implement improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Participate in ad hoc process improvement initiatives to support business needs and objectives.Are you the right fit?You need to have:2-4 years' experience in FP&A or a related Finance role.Strong commercial finance background with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.CA or CPA qualified.Excellent interpersonal skills, able to influence, and comfortable interacting with colleagues at all organizational levels.Excellent communication skills, spoken and written.
