Production Worker

Born Again Pallets is seeking a Production Workers to join our team.
This is a casual role offering fulltime hours 
Monday - Friday 7am-3pm
Fulltime opportunities available after a probation period.
The role: Assemble, repair and dismantle wooden pallets using hand and power tools Operate machinery used in the timber industryMaintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all health and safety protocolsContribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and quality standardsSupport the team in meeting daily production targets What we're looking for: Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly or production environment is preferred (not required)Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyFamiliarity with the use of hand and power toolsForklift licence preferred (not required)Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasksCommitment to workplace safety and a collaborative team-oriented approachWhat we offer
