This includes the efficient setup and operation of die-cutting equipment to meet quality and production standards.The responsibilities for this role will include:Efficient set up and changeover of dies on die-cutting equipment to meet production requirementsEnsure proper alignment, tension, and set up of dies for accurate and precise cuttingComplete basic calibration of Easy Benders (Nozzles Guide, Length, Radii)Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to die setup and machine calibrationConduct quality checks on die-cut samples to verify conformance to specificationsMake necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality standards and minimise wasteWe are able to offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
