Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) As Afternoon Shift Production Team Leader, you will supervise a team, oversee health and safety, and facilitate daily warehouse operations. With responsibilities spanning CNC machinery operation to team training, this role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-oriented environment.

Description Lead and supervise a team of up to 10.Oversee safety compliance and foster a safe working environment.Train and on-board new team members, with a strong focus on CNC machinery operation.Handle daily warehouse tasks, including order picking and issue resolution.Collaborate with day-shift leaders to ensure smooth shift transitions.Make suggestions for increased efficiency or operational improvements.Pitch in where needed on machinery operation and general warehouse duties.Profile You have a solid background in warehouse or manufacturing environments, with a keen understanding of OH&S compliance and CNC machinery experience. You're a natural leader who is comfortable with hands-on work and knows how to maintain a positive, safe work culture. Forklift license and computer literacy are essential; prior experience with steel handling is preferred.
Full Australian working rights are required to be considered for this role. Please note that you will also need to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening.
