If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!As a Team Leader in our Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)-certified facility, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading a team of operators in the production of gummies.
You will ensure that production targets are met, product quality is maintained, and safety guidelines are followed.Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor all activities related to gummy production, ensuring orders are met on time.Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.Monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify areas for improvement.Provide leadership and training to optimise team performance and productivity.Ensure compliance with TGA, GMP, and HACCP requirements.Assist in inventory and material management.Promote a safe working environment and adhere to occupational health and safety regulations.Maintain accurate production records and documentation.Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a production team leadership role.Experience in a TGA-regulated environment is highly desirable.Strong understanding of GMP, TGA guidelines, and food safety standards.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Proficient in production management software and MS Office Suite.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Working ConditionsManufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, chemicals, and high-temperature processes.Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.Salary And BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Health and wellness benefits.If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to , or call Dave on now.
