Production Supervisor

The role We have an opportunity for an experienced leader to join our team as Production Supervisor. You will be responsible for safe, sustainable production and associated functions at our Nowra site.
This important role will see you influencing people and organisational culture to develop and foster an environment of pride and accountability.You will lead, support, mentor and reward the achievements of a small, close-knit team.
This role provides the scope to deliver important short and long-term improvements critical for our ongoing growth and profitability within a heavy manufacturing environment.
