The Production Supervisor position reports to the Senior Production Manager.What's InvolvedPlan daily and weekly task requirements for your team.Identify potential risks or constraints that will impact task delivery and ensure key stakeholders are consulted.Conduct employee performance reviews and counselling.Assist in the compiling and submission of OQE as required.Monitor execution of procedures and provide feedback to the QA Department to ensure procedures are relevant to tasks being performed.Coordination of sub-contractors including requesting quotations, raising PO's and ensuring works conducted according to work specifications.You'll needEssentialConstruction White Card.Experience in a Supervisor role.Trade Qualification in relevant field.DesirableDefence/Commercial Experience.Maintenance Operations – Marine/ Ship Repair Experience.Why AustalCompetitive compensation and benefits package.Professional development and training opportunities.A supportive and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for career advancement within our growing organisation.Our global team is guided by a universal set of values that describe the focus of our efforts.
