Production Supervisor

Based in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne Permanent opportunity on afternoon shift 10hr shifts, Monday - Thursday Duties, but not limited to:

Supervise and manage the production team, technicians and other manufacturing staff Provide training to new staff and ongoing development for existing staff Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback and implement corrective actions Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer orders and demand forecasts Ensure adequate staffing, materials and equipment are available and properly allocated Work closely with other departments such as Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, etc. Maintain adherence to quality and regulatory standards Identify areas for continuous improvement, safety risks and analyse production processes to identify inefficiencies Skills & experience:

Proven experience in a similar position in dairy manufacturing or similar highly regulated food manufacturing environment Strong knowledge and understanding of dairy products and processes Tertiary education in chemistry or engineering (highly advantageous) Excellent communication and time management skills Team collaboration and strong leadership skills Apply!
