Tooheys, producer of some of Australia's favourite beverages, is a proud New South Wales institution, and we're looking for a motivated Production Supervisor (internally known as a Team Leader) to join an industry leading packaging team in Lidcombe.
In this full-time, permanent role, you'll report to the Packaging Area Leader and lead a team of 10+ operators and trades. Your primary role will be to lead, coach and develop your team around best practice process and execution, supporting them to being the best they can be! Your focus will be on driving safety, quality, and performance within the brewery, as well as executing production plans to ensure efficient operations. You'll play a key role in both people leadership and production execution, supporting your team while meeting performance targets.
Shift work is required, with a weekly rotation between morning shifts (Monday to Friday, 6 AM – 2 PM), and afternoon/evening shifts (Monday to Thursday, 2 PM – 12 AM). Yes, that's a three-day weekend every fortnight!

Some of the things you will be doing in the role: Champion a safety-first culture at the Brewery. Lead, coach and develop your team to excel and grow, supporting talent-building efforts. Execute weekly production plans with a focus on minimising waste and stoppages Drive the implementation of TPM (continuous improvement) and strategic initiatives and projects Some of the skills you will bring to the role: Experience in a manufacturing/production environment or trade/mechanical background Proven leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
