Fuse Recruitment is on the lookout for skilled Production Operators to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding Australian food production company.

This organization is celebrated for its high-quality branded products catering to both food service and retail markets.

Our client is looking for enthusiastic Production Operators to join their team in Carole Park.
In this role, you'll be responsible for producing and packing a variety of food products using different cooking and packaging machines, with comprehensive training provided to help you succeed.

With day and afternoon shifts on offer (Day 6 AM to 2 PM) (Afternoon 2 PM to 10PM).
Responsibilities :
Operate production equipment to ensure efficient processing of high-quality food products.
Monitor and maintain product quality to meet safety and consistency standards.
Assist in packaging and labelling.
Collaborate with team members to support a smooth production flow.
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety protocols.
Skills required :
Familiarity with pouch filling machines or kettle cookers is a definite plus.
Capability to understand and follow instructions and procedures accurately.
Willingness to adapt to business needs, including the flexibility to work overtime when required.
Demonstrated experience working effectively as part of a team.
A proactive approach to staying on top of tasks during your shift.
Physically fit, as the role involves being on your feet.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable transportation for timely arrival at work.
