The OpportunityThis role will be responsible for planning Suntory Oceania's 3rd Party Manufacturing lines across the non-alcohol portfolio to ensure we have an optimal level of safety stock to achieve our customer service levels.
What you'll be doing Plan and create the production schedule for our third-party manufacturing operations ensuring all known constraints are considered.Maintain monthly forecasting with third party manufacturers and suppliers.Identify and escalate risks and work closely with key stakeholders to mitigate these risks.Maintain optimal inventory at DC level and mitigate any commercial impact on known out of stock issues.Conduct analysis to inform recommendations for our Integrated Business Planning process.Ensure packaging materials and raw materials are available for production.Partner closely with third party manufacturers to ensure they are delivering to the Suntory standards.What's in your toolkit?Experience in a similar Supply Planning role – FMCG experience is desired.Strong stakeholder management with proven experience managing internal and external stakeholders.Experience with short- and long-term planning, managing products from different manufacturing sites within Australia and overseas.A continuous improvement mindset and initiative to drive improvements.Flexible attitude with the ability to provide solutions to unexpected plan changes.Apart from free drinks to keep you energised, here's what else we have to offerGrow your career – we like to promote from within and have incredible learning and development opportunities around the world.An inclusive parental leave policy for both primary and secondary caregivers.Gradual return to work to help you transition back from parental leave.Flexible working – work the way that suits you.Discounted health insurance.We are committed to giving back to our communities, so we provide you with volunteer leave to do so.Opportunity to purchase additional leave to give you more time to recharge.What's Next?As Suntorians we believe in Dreaming Big and Growing for Good.
