Manufacturing and Production About the positions Reporting into the shift supervisor you will be working a rotating roster of day and afternoon shift, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to: Operating, running and overseeing production machineryPreparing ingredientsPerforming changeoversTroubleshootingReading & following instructionsContributing to overall continuous improvement of production, sharing ideasWorking as part of a team and also autonomously What we are looking for Position one: Min 12 months consistent experience in a similar role. Running machines, measuring our ingredients, quality controlStrong communication skillsBasic computer skillsTeamworkAvailability to work across rotating shift patternsManufacturing experience is advantageous however not essentialForklift licence or willing to obtain prior to commencementBe able to meet requirements of a pre-employment medical which includes drug & alcohol testing Position two: Min 5 years consistent experience in all facets of food production.
