The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join our production team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an opportunity to become a part of a brand new reinforced concrete pipe plant that is in the final stages of construction. The site is located only 5 minutes north of the fast growing area of Grafton NSW, in the beautiful Clarence valley. We are a small team with a family-like environment. You will be expected to assist the team with the delivery of our production KPI's by ensuring our team understands and implements current safe operating procedures, whilst implementing continuous improvement activities to ensure we always do our best to reduce downtime and costs of production. You will be expected to advise of any problems you can foresee, and report them to your stakeholders. Leading by example in regard to our approach to safety is of utmost importance.
